Frank Gilman

Frank Gilman graduated from KU with a degree in Business in 1986 and went on to earn his law degree from Creighton University in 1990. Upon obtaining his law degree Frank joined his father, David R. Gilman, in the practice of law in downtown Overland Park. David served as Frank’s mentor, colleague and friend until his death in 2007.
Frank’s practice includes helping clients in several areas of law, including divorce and family law, criminal law, juvenile law and personal injury matters. Frank has jury trial experience and has tried hundreds of cases to the court in both criminal and domestic related cases. For the past twelve years Frank has served as the city prosecutor for the city of Roeland Park, Kansas, on a part time basis. Frank has represented literally thousands of individuals across eastern Kansas in municipal and district courts. He is familiar with the Kansas court system, and is a well-respected attorney among his peers. He will help you find practical, cost effective solutions to your legal issues.
Frank is a life long resident of Johnson County. He grew up in Mission and currently resides in Leawood with his wife and three children.
